Anyone know what this rash is?

Just got 10 month old son ready for bed and feels like all his back is rough and bumpy upon closer look, seems to have a couple ‘spots’ and some red marks but feels a lot of bumps under skin too. He has quite bad eczema elsewhere but never on the back. Worth ringing the drs tomorrow if stil there ?

Have you used any different wash powder or something like that? My ds has terrible eczema and super sensitive skin. Looks like when my ds gets an ‘ irritant ‘ rash

Is it ringworm?
