Misaligned ears

My 2.5 year old had severe torticollis when she was a baby, her head has never fully rounded out, but you can't tell so much now she has hair. The only problem is her ears aren't aligned, hats don't stay on her head properly and I worry for the future if she needs glasses as they won't sit on her head properly and I worry she will get bullied.

Has anyone else got this with their children or know of anything I could do as I can't seem to find anything online.

I have huge, sticking out ears that are most definitely nowhere near level. It does affect the sit of my glasses, but it's fine, I can still wear and use glasses. No-one has ever commented on my ears or my glasses. Probably no-one has ever noticed. I certainly wasn't bullied.
