Poorly toddler naps/sleep

My 18mo had her first vomiting virus last night, so inevitably was up and down all night although she seemed to sleep okay between vomiting episodes. She ordinarily has 1 nap around lunchtime, however she has fallen asleep on the sofa this morning. What do most people do with regards to maintaining (or not) a sleep routine when their DC are unwell?

Absolutely let them sleep as much as they want. Imagine if you were ill and someone kept waking you up. Don't worry, she'll get back to her normal routine soon enough.

Watch out for dehydration though.

Forget about routine for a little bit. Let her sleep for as long and as often as she needs.
