Baby not eating properly after jabs

My 2 month old had his first round of vaccinations last week & understandably was ot himself afterwards ut while the Dr's said that this should only last 24-48 hours, we're nearly a week (6 days) in now & he's still not right.
He seems back to his regular self with everything apart from feeding. Suddenly he's only eating half of what he used to (bottle fed).
Where he was eating6 ounces before, he now only takes 3-4. He's not suffering with reflux & isn't unwell or in pain in any other way , he usually gets to around 3 oz then starts to fuss, thrash & wriggle around.
The Dr didn't seem worried but they're not great at our practice & I am worried, thinking that he can't just continue to under eat long term, it'll affect his development surely? What can I do?

Mine was the same after his first and second. Did he have the rotavirus vaccine (the oral one). It takes two weeks to pass through their system and messed my LO up so badly I was really tempted to refuse it at his second jabs. Thankfully wasn’t as bad the second time round but he’s still eating far less than he was before. He had the second jabs 2 weeks ago now.

I think this can be normal. If he seems otherwise content and Dr is happy also I would worry just yet. If baby is still like it in a week then take him back but I'd have thought he would be back to normal by then.

Meant to say wouldn't worry just yet!

@Thelazygardener yes one of them was the rota virus, I had no idea it took that long, the Dr said nothing. Thanks for the reassurance!
It's really hard, I was thinking the same but keep telling myself it'll be better for him in the long run, really thought though seeing LO not being himself after I've not long really learned what himself is! Hope your LO is doing better now.
