Joolz aer for baby

has anyone used a Joolz aer plus for a baby (2-6 months) without the carrycot?
some shops seem to claim that it’s suitable from birth without the carry cot as it’s lie flat but others are saying that it is only from 6 months. Not sure if I should risk it.

We got the joolz aer when our little one was 6 months for travelling and it's great. I wouldn't have used it before 4 or 5 months though, it doesn't lie completely flat.

We have a aer but bought the carrycot for the first 6 months. I wouldn’t use the seat that young as it doesn’t go completely flat.

We have a Joolz Aer and I don't think it's anywhere near supportive enough for a child who can't stay sitting upright by themselves.

I switched my son to the seat on our other pram when he was 3 and a bit months so I'm not overly cautious about these things, but the Aer is just way too soft and saggy for a tiny child.

Would you recommend it with the carrycot? Does it still fold small?

I work for a baby company. We often have parents buying the Aer+ (not old Aer as isn’t flat enough) and one of the lie flat car seats such as Cybex Cloud T or Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 Pro and use those together. Usually second time parents.

We have the joolz aer+ but it is definitely not supportive enough for a baby that young. I think it would actually be quite unsafe for their floppy head. It does fold down with the bassinet attached - there’s loads of videos on tiktok showing the fold like this one https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGJTXRw19/

There's not many strollers or pushchairs that you can fold down with your carrycot, but the Joolz Aer is one of them! Compact and lightweight at 6kg, 22kg weight limit, One second fold, Cabin approved, Ergonomic seat and Lots of accessories. #stroller...
