One year old projectile vomiting

DD (12m) has always been quite a vommy baby, particularly when she has a cold. We had thought she'd grow out of it but it seems to be getting worse.

Now she has a major coughing fit approx. two hours after going to sleep at 7pm to the point where she often projectile vomits. She's a very good eater so it's usually her stomach full of dinner as well as her bedtime milk.

We've tried giving her dinner earlier to help digestion time and staggering her bedtime milk for the same reason but it's not helping. Is it worth a visit to the GP? She's generally a very contented baby, eats well, has regular wet and dirty nappies and is growing!

my DS who is 16mo will vomit with coughing. I havent seen the GP about it (instead many other things) as I wouldn't be worried I dont think unless I felt like it was excessive?

Mine used to do this, I just made her bed easy to change and she grew out of it by 3-4 I think.

Is it just milk or milk and mucus?

My 3 year year old spent most of last winter doing this. Turns out it is asthma. It’s something to ask your GP about?

@Onlywords That would actually make a lot of sense thinking about other illnesses she's had. I'll speak to the GP. Thanks for the advice!
