9 Week Baby Pooping during feed

Our 9 week old baby ha staring to poop during feeds, is this common? .

Yes, totally normal reflex. Look up gastrocolic reflex. It basically makes room for new food and is why many adults poop after breakfast. It is a bit annoying if during a feed, but will settle as baby gets older. If get very regular e.g. After weaning, always poos after breakfast, it makes potty training a lot easier! So fingers crossed!

Haha yup. My first had cmpa and was bottle fed and constipated. But my second was breastfed and pooped every time for soooo long!

My baby has done 90% of his poos during or right after a feed, he's 8 months

Got to make some room! What you really don't want is the nappy leaking while you're feeding. Especially if you're not wearing a shirt. (that was a fun time)

Ha ha! Fun times. My first did the feed poop, second child did a poo every time he got in his car seat for 6 months. The angle I think. That was a fun few months.
