Protein for DS8

Looking for ideas. DS8 loves his fruit and veg but is he getting enough protein? Especially before lunch.

Will eat:
Yoghurt
Milk
Ham
Mince (chilli, spag bol, cottage pie etc)
Hot chicken and gravy
Kidney beans
Peanut butter
Breaded chicken (nuggets)
Breaded fish

Won't eat:
Eggs
Cheese (I can hide a small amount in pasta dishes)
Baked beans aka The Work of the Devil
Cold meat apart from ham
Porridge
Soup
Curry with meat
Weetabix (there's a protein one)
Plain fish

For breakfast I can do pancakes with eggs but otherwise it's cereal, peanut butter on toast or yoghurt and croissants on rotation. Actually, that looks ok written down but mostly sugar?

The list he will eat is pretty good.

If sugar is your concern switch to 100% peanuts peanut butter, plain yogurt + fruit, skip the croissant (assuming you're not making these they'll be upf anyway). Cereal is the devil's food.

If he likes pancakes what about savoury pancakes with chilli/bolognaise or e.g. sweetcorn fritters?

Does he like walnuts, roasted chick peas etc? Lentils?

Yes the peanut butter is 100% nuts. He might like sweetcorn fritters as he loves sweetcorn. That's a good shout. Thanks.

He doesn't like nuts or chickpeas. I tried the red lentil pasta from Tesco but he didn't like it. I've hidden lentils in pasta sauce but you have to blitz it right down but I could keep adding those.
