Any ideas? We don't have any as got rid of loads in house move. Most she'd grown out of.
Not read apart from school books for a while.

What’s she into, what’s her reading level? Would she be into the Wells and Wong series by Robin Stevens: murder mysteries set at a boarding school, lots of bun breaks and midnight feasts and peril.

The Amelia Fang and Rainbow Grey series are both good (by the same author).

Thanks, she's not really into reading but I really need to encourage her more. She is clever but more so at maths. I'm not sure her reading level is great. Good at writing.

She'just on Her ipad mostly when she's not at school or her clubs (dance, acro, ballet) which is 4 days a week.

I think the first priority is to get her reading something for pleasure, so that she can relax by reading a book rather than using the iPad. That means finding a book she's interested in and can read without difficulty. It doesn't matter if it's fiction or non-fiction. Might be an idea to take her to the library and look for books together, e.g. factual books about ballet and dance?

What about audio books on a Yoto or similar? Not everyone has to be into reading, and there are lots of valid ways to consume stories: audio, comics, etc.

My 7yo loves the Tom Gates series, and the rainbow fairies.

Might she prefer something factual?
