4 week old sleep advice - no day naps!

Looking for some advice on my 4 weeks olds sleep.
I know all newborns are different and sleep is pretty unpredictable at this age but any advice to make my life easier would be appreciated!
My daughter is 4 1/2 weeks old and has pretty consistently slep well in the night, waking every 3-4 hours for feeds most nights however she really struggles with sleep in the day. She would go all day without a nap if she could.
The only way to get her asleep in the day is if we are moving, so in the pram, carrier or car. She wakes the instant we stop moving which gives me no time to get anything done in the day!
In the evening when we put her down she can take a long time to get settled and seems absolutely wired, probably because she’s overtired from the day. But then once she does get to sleep she seems to sleep great through the night mostly.
She’s averaging 15 hours sleep over 24 hours. Is it’s normal for a newborn to struggle with day sleep so much?

My DD was pretty much the same. Once we gave her a pacifier and started using a baby hammock, she got so much better.

Do you use a pacifier?

Really normal for babies to need movement to sleep. Have you tried a swing? Or a rocker to attach to the pram?

I don't have a lot of advice but posting in solidarity with you! My little girl is 7 weeks old and from about 2 weeks she hardly sleeps during the day. She sleeps ok during the night but honestly in a 24 hour period she only gets 8-12 hours. On her worst days she only gets 5 or 6 total and it's so tough!

She just doesn't seem interested in sleep and almost always refuses to sleep alone. She's gaining weight and developing wonderfully though. During the day the only thing that works sometimes is putting her in the sling, which doesn't really give you a break as you're still carrying them.

Things are very slowly getting better though and I hope it does for you too. Following this post for any advice!

Normal for babies to need movement to sleep and sounds like they're getting enough overall sleep.

Do the stuff you need to do when baby is awake and rest when the baby is sleeping. That's what worked for me with a baby who would only contact nap
