Spots on toddler face?

Morning. Took little one to GP on Friday for constipation and a red ear, checked over and all observations were good, constipation now gone, but he's now woken with these spots on his face. Any idea what these could be? Before mum police or any Karen's start with "were not medicals you need to see the GP" - yes, if it continues I will obviously take him tomorrow, just wondering if anyone's child has had these? He's coughing a bit but fine otherwise.

Hand, foot and mouth?

I did wonder that but there's nothing in his hands or feet... Unless that doesn't matter 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was going to say HF&M too.

Or just a viral rash.

The ones on his nose look blistery - chicken pox? With my youngest they really concentrated in one place (back of the neck) for the first few days

It could be HFM, we didn't get a lot of spots when our younger two had it. I wouldn't have even thought of it except that the younger one had them on his feet. The middle one didn't get many symptoms at all except nausea and temperature and lethargy.

DS1 also got spots around his mouth like this with scarlet fever.

Or there is a simple possibility too, are you wiping his face after he eats? It could literally just be spots from blocked pores.

Strangely a few have already dissappeared. He has been off his food though and coughing, and a bit of a temp 2 days ago... I'm thinking hfam or a viral infection maybe.
