Tiny school uniform

Hi,

My little boy finally has a school place so I'm on the hunt for teeny tiny school uniform.

ds has a growth hormone deficiency and is just about wearing 12 to 18 months.
He's short and really skinny. The tiniest I've found is 2-3 years which would be huge on him, both width and length

Is my best bet just buying these and taking them up and in or are there any suppliers of tiny clothes?

Oh no they are 3 year+

I have seen Navy Chinos in the younger section of Morrisions.

I'd talk to the school about making the best approximation of uniform for him. Maybe black/navy joggers and a tshirt of the correct colour.
