Children’s party food advice

I would love to know how everyone caters for a children’s birthday party.
First one I’m throwing, there will be 20-30 3/4year olds.
I don’t really want to give them lots of sugar and rubbish, so I’m thinking sandwiches, pasta, fruit, veg sticks, other nibbly bits? BUT how does anyone manage to prepare all that the morning before a party??
I’ve looked at various supermarkets food to order but it’s all just so expensive :(.
Would love your tips and easy to prep food please! 🙏

Sandwiches- jam, cheese, ham
Cucumber sticks
Pizza- cold cut up
Crisps
Sausage/cheese rolls
Party rings
Make it up onto platters in the morning before the party. Don't make a massive effort or spend a fortune because very little gets eaten! They usually want to get back to the party.

Thanks so much! Do you think pizza/sausage rolls etc could be cooked the night before? Just minimising the stuff that needs doing in the morning 🫣

I'd probably fo the pizza in the morning (I only have a small fridge!)and just buy packs of sausage rolls rather than making them myself.
