I have to leave very soon to get the kids from school and I really don't want too.

DS was in one of his "moods" this morning and DD has recently started being difficult too and I just don't want it today.

Please help me manage the next 3 hours without us all getting upset and cross.

Any ideas as to how to clear your mind too? Have so much on my mind and just want to make it all disappear.

Could you take them to a park for a runaround?

sit them all in front of the tv, and get a long hot shower? Thats what I'm going to do.

or pick up a DVD from the library.

Ice cream and a dvd for them, wine or tea and a book/magazine for you. Grazia is my special treat - salacious gossip and shoes with £thousand price tags for the imaginary, glamourous not-frazzled me.

Kids been to park. Had fun. Home now. They aren't happy as I have said no computer or tv but they are all entertaining themselves and it is peaceful though DS1 stormed off upstairs saying he wasn't going to have any tea as I won't let him play frogger.
