Hi everyone! My little one is just over 3 months old and has always been a very alert baby 
she always has her eyes wide open and is very interested in looking at everything! She socially smiles with us and people she knows and uses some lovely eye contact when focussed on us. I've noticed that she moves her arms and legs quite a lot, usually just before she cries. They are almost jerky movements where she will bend and straighten her limbs out. Does this mean she's trying to settle herself? Sometimes she does it with no crying so I'm wondering is it down to over stimulation?! I'm probably overthinking but I'm such a worrier! TIA! Xx
