How are you as a new mum?

Pre baby I had my shit together, got up at the same time, went to work, did my hair and makeup and felt put together. Had lots of compliments and felt happy.

5 months of being a new mum and today... not left the house even though the sun is shining, not put a brush through my hair and just can't fathom putting an outfit together.
Ate pretty much a whole lemon cake thing and am writing this as my tiny human contact naps.

Instagram has not been my friend today and all of the other mummies look so well put together I'm starting to feel ashamed of myself!

So I thought I'd ask how old is your LO and how are you as a mum? 😊

My friend used to laugh at me when DD was about 6mo. We were always on time, I hate being late, but that meant we had left the house regardless of how ready or not we were. I always had wet hair and DD was frequently still in pyjamas. I hardly ever had everything I needed in the changing bag. But I was on time!
