I am new here but i need some advice/identification on a child arrangement matter..

here goes......ill try get to the point quickly

Nearly 4 years ago my childs father was given sole custody of my daughter..This was due to domestic violence which lead to deterioration of home, drug use (amphetamine)and the nightmare of my beloved dog attacking me when my ex partner broke my door down and violent,y attacked me. these are the main factors to me losing my girl..her dad is a bully! He has alienated me from my daughter and its heartbreaking. i have weekly contact for 4 hours!!! hes cohersive and controlling and i am concerned for my girls mental and emotional well-being going forward .

He refuses to a knowledge any positive changes i have made and he bad mouths me to her and tells her things she doesnt need to know and things that arent true.i dont discuss anything with my daughter as i only have 4 hours..:(

Im in recovery and have been for 3.5 years,im doing an access course and hopefully going to train to be a nurse.Ive used my time apart from my daughter well and im the version of me that im proud to be..

I want to have 50/50 custody or fully back but i feel alone and blinded by confusion and uncertainty

CAn anyone relate or advise

Thank you

Hi, any progression since? I hope you have or can get more time with your daughter. Were you the aggressor of domestic violence? I’m in a similar situation I think, only with cannabis use not amphetamines
