Hi all, looking for advice. Returned to work a month ago. DS1 is 10 months. I'm in three days a week and really want to continue breastfeeding. I work next to the nursery so currently go in once a day over my lunch break to breastfeed. But what I'm really struggling with is when to pump to send him in with enough milk for a morning and afternoon feed? I work in a school so only option to pump is at lunch time but obviously I'm with my little one feeding him, so no time then! I find it almost impossible to pump on the days I'm with him because he feeds on demand and want there to be enough for him. What does everyone else do? I feel like my supply is dwindling and I'm so sad about it because I really do want to continue our breastfeeding journey for as long as possible.
