Full fat cows milk

How much cows milk should my 1 year old be drinking per day, does anyone know ?

They don't have to drink cows milk as long as they're getting plenty of vitamins and minerals from other sources in their diet for example cheese full fat plain yogurts also some leafy greens and veg contain calcium.

if you want to include cows milk as a drink it's recommended that they don't have more than 16 ounces a day so that it doesn't replace foods.

They need 350 mg of calcium from milk, cheese and yoghurt. One cup of milk is about 120 mg.

For a 1 year old, if they do still want to drink milk at all it's maximum 350ml so 12oz a day
