Baby has reversed back from 1 night feed to 2

My baby is just over 3 months old and he was only waking up once in the night for a feed. However for the past two days he has started waking up twice again! Does this tend to happen with growth spurts? How long do they last?!

Could be the 4 month sleep regression, Dd got worse before she got better, but it did get better!

Yes probably a growth spurt.

Is he getting more distracted during the day and feeding less so wanting more at night? You could try feeding more frequently during the day?

Potentially, he’s interested in everything at the moment so could be a part of it!

This is totally normal. For us it lasted about a week. Happened again at 5 months, lasting 2 weeks.
