My DS 8MO has had his bottom two teeth full through for a few months. Then two days ago noticed his top 4 teeth in his gums, only a couple days later they’ve all cut and are quite far down! Everyone keeps telling me how much pain he must be in with 4 but lole
his first two , not many symptoms.

Random points of day his cheeks are very flushed, he seems to be rubbing his face a lot and he seems very snotty unless this is a coincidence. Anyhow my question , should I be giving him things like bonjela or calpol as I know he’s teething or only if he shows signs of pains? He has a fridge teething key that he absolutely loves but should I be giving him treatments? Also we go abroad very soon so want to know what to pack incase!

thanks in advice sorry ftm here x

I’d only give medication if he is in pain. If he’s doing ok with his teething toy and not needing medical intervention then that’s a big win!
try cucumber too

take the meds with you on holiday for sure just in case!
