3 year old severe speech delay

My son has just turned 3 and has about 10 words. What were the best tips that helped your kids communicate their needs? Any success stories talking 3 would be great too

I would really recommend checking out Laura Mize an American speech therapist she specialise in working with young children and has made a wide range of videos explaining how communication skills develop and how to support your Child in fun way and incorporate teaching into every day interactions. the videos are free to watch on her website also on YouTube but website has them in a better order.
