Blocked milk duct/mastitis help!

I’ve had a blocked duct for around 2 days now, it’s quite large and you can see its outline on my left breast. Ive tried soaking in a warm bath, cold compress, feeding/dangle feeding as much as I can (it’s extremely painful) I’ve pumped but I’m finding nothing is coming out and I usually get 7oz from that side, if anything does come out it’s just a dribble.

I’ve even bought a lactation massager and tried that, it felt a little better but nothing has changed.

I’m in quite a lot of pain and today I feel nauseous, body aches and I think it’s developing into mastitis.

is there anything I can do to ease the pain, I’ve never had a blocked duct this bad before?

also will antibiotics clear a blocked duct up, I’ve only had mastitis before but not a blocked duct as my son is usually good at getting them out but I’m assuming he’s not being able to pull the milk out.

any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you xx
