I just found out my ds has just "done the deed" and I am freaking out.

He and his girlfriend apparently have done it. God, what do I think or say. I am in shock. Is this the end of his childhood? Is this when I have to really trust his judgement? What rights do I have? Do I ever trust them alone again? How much am I overreacting or is this just modern parenting? AAAArgghh

im sorry but i had no intention of dicussing my sex life wiht my mum adn will not ask my ons AFTER if they DID used condoms or how many times they did it

I wouldn't want to know details I must admit. But I think it's great that he isn't keeping it a secret from you. I would have died before I told my mother - the very thought of talking about it with her makes me nauseous

I agree with Peachy - you don't have much to worry about with this one!! They're old enough to make this decision as they are over the age of consent. Many people including me first have sex at this age!

He sounds mature and sensible and a credit to you. Perhaps get some condoms from Family Planning Clinic for them leave in his room maybe??

And look at it this way- the alternative is either a sexuallya ctive 13 year old or carbon copy of my Dh who finally managed to locate a gullible enough female (me! LOL) at the age of 27.

late teens is a good age.
