Special (glitter?) pens /stationery for 8 yo birthday

I see amazing adverts for shimmering glitter pens - are there any that are actually really good and quite special? I'd love a recommendation. Or scented pens or other special or unusual pens.

Or other stationery / creative ideas much appreciated!

Our 7 year old LOVES drawing and making things.... birthday coming up.
