Packed lunch ideas for a 3y and 1y?

Looking for some packed lunch ideas to suit both a 3y and 1y old. My easy go to is just cheese and finely chopped Spinach sandwich. We don't eat meat and DD isn't keen on humous (used to love it but doesn't now). They love Peanut butter but wouldn't do that incase we are around other kids. Other things are sliced peppers (1y won't eat them) Grapes and cheese, Berries, Bananas (although 1y will eat a full one for breakfast ontop of 74844733 wheetabix), cheddars, apples, Oranges etc. I would love to do those yoghurt pouches but they seem to have a lot of sugar and while I dont mind the 3y old getting them (she is very active) I feel its a lot of sugar for an infant? (Or is it?) And other relatively healthy ideas to suit both ages?

Pastry pinwheel- pesto or tomato sauce base with cheese, olives, sundried tomatoes, Sweetcorn etc in.

Do they eat stuff like tartex spread? Sometimes I do plain pasta for my 2yo and she has with cheese, fresh tomatoes, veggie sausages etc

Those baked egg muffin things where you just whisk an egg and then add veg or beans with herbs or whatever to it are really quick and easy.

Mine will eat most fresh veg - carrots, Cucumber, Celery, tomatoes, peppers, raddish, Chinese leaf, beetroot etc
