My 14 month old vomited most of the contents of her stomach before bed but doesn’t seem ill. Possibly just drunk her milk too fast. Do I send her to nursery tomorrow or wait 48hr? Also happened last week but on a non nursery day and she seems to have a sensitive stomach generally.
