4 month vaccines appetite loss

My 4 month old has always been a very difficult feeder - he is on Omeprazole and has allergies too. He usually only dreamfeeds, breast or bottle. But after his 4 month vaccines yesterday, he is refusing all feeds, even when asleep. I’m somehow managing to keep him hydrated by very slowly getting feeds in when he sleeps, but I’m wondering if anyone has experience of this and can remind me how long the loss of appetite after the immunisations can last. My daughter was similar and her feeding only really improved around 9m, but vaccines or illnesses would often result in several days of poor feeds for her.
