Sleep regression AGAIN at 7 months - help!

Hello! My DD started sleeping through at 16 weeks. It lasted about a month and it was bliss. Then around 5 months hit sleep regression waking one or two times. I made the mistake of feeding her (BF) back to sleep and it got worse, then waking every 3 hours, then every 2 hours, sometimes waking every hour.

So I did what I did with my second born son and let him cry but reassure and it soon solved the problem! She self soothed back to sleep and we were back to sleeping through the night! ...for a few weeks anyway! Then around almost 7 months sleep regression is back! So I think no problem, I'll do the same again! Let her cry a little bit reassure her I am here and she will self soothe, but she absolutely was not having it! She screamed so much, she was so upset I couldn't leave her crying. So I had to get her out to feed her and she fell back to sleep. It was always around 4:30 - 5:30am. Then a week later it crept to around 3:30-4:30am for the first wake up... now it's 2:30am.

The Ferber method simply won't work this time... any other ideas?! I need help!

Hi hun, I know this post is old. But please tell me it gets better? Currently going through this. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Well, it does a bit! It's mainly got better in the last month, as my partner has stepped in and helped, trying to soothe her and get her back to sleep without having milk from me. If I tried to do it, she wouldn't have any of it she'll just scream because she knows I've got milk. So she's sleeping through sometimes at the moment since he stepped in and hoping it'll get better more when she moves to her own room in a couple of weeks! Really hope things improve for you very soon!
