Late evening vomitting (no other symptoms)

Before I pick up the phone to the GP/111...

My 18 month old for the past week has vomitted 3 times - undigested often whole bits of food, about an hour - two hours after going to bed.

No fever, usual high spirited energetic chatty self during the day, appetite as normal, no further episodes in a 48 hour period.

Anyone else experienced this? Could it be that she's eating too much too late on and just can't digest effectively?

Was she refluxy as a baby?

I think so early on, I'm a bit concerned I can't remember. I would say a bit but not overly and only until about 3 months.
