When to stop night feeds

DS 11 months usually wakes somewhere between 1-4am for a feed and then goes back to sleep. (Formula fed) I'm absolutely fine doing it im not awake for long, max half hour but keep seeing posts about bottles of milk being bad for their teeth. Is this something I should be trying to stop or am I overthinking?
He's a good eater and has 3 big meals a day and around 30oz during the day consisting of 3 bottles so I don't think it's a case of making up calories.

At 11 months I’d still be offering formula.

Honestly... if it's not a problem don't make it a problem. He's only little, and he'll outgrow it soon enough
