Hi there, my DD just started school. Uniform is on the whole going ok but when she's overwhelmed she finds both the polos and the summer dresses too much for her and she takes them off. In the winter this likely won't be a problem, she will have a vest on... does anyone know of a summer vest or school uniform in different materials?
If necessary I'll send her in wearing white t-shirt and blue leggings as an interim fix.
Socks are already inside out, labels cut out and pants that are label-less.
Also, I'm struggling to find a network for parents of autistic children. Something like this or a FB group where you can ask questions for hints and tips etc. Anyone know any?
