Mum guilt

Recently we have been putting DD down for bed at 8pm upstairs. We used to just let her sleep on us for the evening until we went up to bed but we thought it was about time we put her to bed upstairs as the tv and us talking can sometimes disturb her.
For some silly reason, I feel guilty for having those 2hrs on an evening before we go to bed relaxing and basically doing nothing whilst she sleeps, sometimes DP and I watch a movie or play some video games together. I just feel bad for doing this while she's asleep upstairs on her own! It's really nice to have some time just the two of us on an evening again and I know it's daft for feeling guilty but I can't help it!
Has anyone else ever felt this way?

Settling her into a routine and having time to yourselves whilst she sleeps sounds very normal and healthy. You need your energy for when she's awake

Would you feel more comfortable waiting until 6 months and following the safe sleep guidelines?
