Spots on my toddler?

Do these spots look like heat rash? My toddler has a few of them all over her body - they disappear under a glass. Noticed this afternoon.

Are they not mosquito bites? My girls have loads at the moment

This is how chickenpox starts, a few spots on the torso, and then you will notice more and more if it's chickenpox.

This is today. Waiting on a call from the doctor.
