Spots of childs cheek

Hi

I'm going to speak with my doctor tomorrow but just wondering if anyone knew what these spots are on my 6 year olds cheek? They appeared randomly this afternoon. I haven't really noticed him itch them or be bothered by them but he does have similar ones on his bottom too that are itchy.

Thank you for replying, no he hasn't been poorly at all, some of the spots have disappeared today and a couple re appeared in a new location no idea what it is just waiting on doctors getting back to me x
