Parenting books for the post toddler but pre-teens stage

Anyone got any recommendations?

There seem to be loads for babies, toddlers and teenagers but not much for the in between years!

What do you got? Ds or Dd?

If it's ds, have you tried Steve Biddulph's Raising Boys?

Beyond Toddlerdom, Dr Christopher Green, same one who wrote Toddler Taming, but this takes them to about 12.

Steve Biddulph also did The Complete Secrets of Happy Children, which makes a lot of sense.

The discipline system in 123 Magic by Thomas W Phelan works when I remember to use it properly.

I really ought to be an expert by now surely?
