Cutting second molars very early

Did anyone's little ones get their second (2year) molars early? My DS is just 17months and he has had all of his other teeth early - he had 16 teeth by 15months and these are the last ones we are waiting for. After her cut the canines I was looking forward to a break from the teething for a while but he is still stuffing his whole hand in his mouth, sometimes runny nose and other symptoms indicative of teething. I'm just wondering if he's likely to cut the last 4 teeth soon even though the NHS reckons from 20 months is the expected starting period for these coming through. Unfortunately I can't get a good look in his mouth. Thank you!

My daughter got all her teeth early, before the NHS had listed as the earliest time they should come through. If his other teeth came in early I expect these will too. She definitely didn’t get any new teeth after 2.
