Have you been right through a consultation process with a paediatrician? Just wondered because if the medication works, doesn't that indicate that your dc is still not producing enough of the hormone (is it vasopressin) to keep him or her dry at night?
No experience of this myself, but I wonder if ERIC (Enuresis Research and Information Centre or something similar) might be able to give you some advice and support?

Has he or she ever been dry at night? Is this a continued problem or something new? If it's a new thing then you might want to see if there's anything else bothering him or her first.

I have read that sometmes allergies can aggravate the urinary tract, and cause bedwetting
