We didn't really have a summer last year (in Scotland) except a small one in April

I am so hoping we get a proper one this year. I want to flop around in the garden on a rug reading the paper and drinking ice-cold white wine. And wear sandals and toenail polish and floaty dresses, and go to the beach and zoo with DS and have picnics - and go camping!

i want to do picnics and play at the park and take a boat down the Thames at Windsor.

I want to wear flipflops too and go to the beach and build sandcastles with the boys and let them go in rockpools.

Don't want to put a damper on things, but apparently it will snow tomorrow...no quite an early summer sign is it?
