9 month old sleep help!!!

My 9 month old DD sleep is just getting worse and worse. She is waking every 45 minutes at night and struggles to nap during the day so is always tired.

We’ve tried a good bed time routine and several ‘gentle’ sleep techniques but it’s not helped at all, if anything makes it worse. She’s now co-sleeping in our bed which isn’t ideal but all we can do.

We can’t really try any CIO methods as when she cries she vomits, she’s always had reflux.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what we can do to help? We are all suffering with sleep deprivation.

I’m sorry no one replied to you on this. How are you getting on? Anything helping?
May be helpful to know your day routine and how you get your little one to nap during the day? And how long she naps for? I hope the co sleeping helped you get some sleep!!
I don’t have any experience in reflux unfortunately.

Sorry you're struggling 😔
My 6 month old is similar, but we have finally cracked making co sleeping work by kicking OH out of bed and side lying to feed, so I barely drift into full consciousness. I'm also happy I'm following safe co-sleeping guidelines. Dressing gown on has meant that I can push the covers right back.

We're going to try more structured sleep training later when I can face it / if it doesn't get better before I'm back at work. But I'm now so much more rested.

Could that help you get a little more sleep for now? Then you can look at it again when you feel a bit less sleep deprived?
