We have 2 boys under 3, we both work full time and they go to a childminder in the day but we are exhausted!!! I'm trying to work now and my eyes are going cross eye I'm so tired 😴
Night time routine has been awful recently and it's a nightmare getting them to bed. Quite often we aren't finishing dinner until 9pm and then we're so tired we crash.
I feel a distance between us and I keep saying to myself when I wake up to make more of an effort but then the day comes and I just can't be arsed at the end of the day as would rather go to sleep, or do the life admin tasks that need doing.
We need to get back on track but how? We both just feel tired, crappy, unfit, and meh!
We don't have any support around us so it's literally just us. Friends offer to baby sit but when it comes to it they are always busy.
How do you keep perky/rejuvenated/energetic/motivated blah blah
