Pain in legs when carried on shoulders

Hey

Even after a few minutes my son (3) gets painful legs after being carried on my shoulders. Anyone experienced this before ?

perhaps pins and needles or something but he is in a lot of pain

Following as interested. My son (4) also has the same, didn't think too much about it and just assumed it was like 'dead legs'.

He also gets lots of growing pains in his toes at night time which drs weren't concerned about.
