Baby heat rash

After the heat yesterday my 5 month old has developed heat rash all of her neck and a little behind her ears. Did a search online it mentions vaseline, sudocrem & bepanthen.
Does anybody have a preferred recommendation?
Going on holiday to tunisia in 4 weeks time so now worried about her heat rash when we go and want to have the best stuff to take with us

My little one had terrible heat rash a while ago and the advice I was given by the doctor was to keep her in loose fitted cotton clothes, avoid the sun where possible, avoid any creams that might block up their pores, cooler baths with no bubble bath. If needed, use aloe gel or calamine kept in the fridge.

Ooh okay! Because she's only 5 months her neck isn't stretched up much so it's where she's sweating between her chin and chest

Hey @Mummy2823 I can only speak for my own skin (and now have a very pale baby with similar!) but I find keeping away from any moisture so lotions etc, keep dry, as cool as possible and cool washes help. It’s mainly blocked pores I think so creams don’t really help!
