Abroad and 11 month old suddenly poorly

I thought is it the heat as she was fine one minute then suddenly very lethargic and yawning, although not long had a nap. She just didn't seem herself. So I've taken her back to the room where she was really hot when I got her up here, had calpol, she had a little nap and was awake for a little bit.
Seems to be going from being okay then tired again, she's back asleep now.
She is 11 months, not been poorly before.
Does this sound like the heat or could it be a bug?
Dh is also not well but again we thought that was the heat as no sickness etc just a temp and feeling rotten

I don’t know the answer but where are you and does where your staying have a doctor who could see her?

What was her temperature pre calpol? What is the temp now? Is she eating/drinking? Normal amount of wet nappies? Any diarrhoea or vomiting? Is there a hotel Dr?

Probably isn't a hotel doctor to be honest but there's a hospital only round the corner if I need it. We're in Spain.
Her temp was normal i think. She was fine then just went really quiet and vacant, I thought it must be the best so got her inside. That's when I noticed how hot she was. She did drink 5 oz of milk which I'm happy about.

I have her calpol which didn't seem to do much but now I've given her nurofen and she has perked up and cooled down. Had wet and dirty nappies too

Have you taken her temperature?

Has she been in the sun/heat between 11 and 3? If yes, I would take her to the hospital.
