Relocating a baby abroad

Hi,
I just left an abusive relationship. Now he says he wants to relocate my baby away from me. He is 8 months old. He is falsely claiming I'm drug addict and I work with prostitution and mentally I'll and baby will be safer in France with him and his family. I work from home as a web developer and I do have some independent escorts that I make bookings on the phone. I'm scared because he is fabricating false evidence and false witnesses statements. How likely is he is able to take my baby from me and move abroad?

Have you contacted woman's aid? He is still abusing you. If not please call them and work with an IDVA. They will support you through this x

Could you please explain what is an IDVA? We had a hearing this week in the High Court about passports, when I left I stop contact as I was planning to go to a refuge, he manage to get my baby's and my passport with Port Alert order. The judge said he is a wonderful guy even though he was saying he was the one that want to take my baby and move away. I'm terrified because the judge took his side.
