1 year old sleep schedule

Any mums of 1 year olds care to share their child’s sleep schedule? I.e. when they nap and fall asleep at bedtime.

My 17 month olds sleep is all over the place. No routine, always followed his lead but it’s not working well anymore and I think we both need a bit of structure!!

Our 16 month old is lazy and doesn't get up til around 8 or 9 (which is handy with a 13 week old too)

8:30 - up.

11 (ish) - hour nap

6:30 - bath and bed routine, in bed for 7 and that's him for the night.

He settled himself into this time routine, which I'm greatful for.... and also praying his sister does the same 🤞😅

I tend to wake him at the 2hr mark but im getting less precious about it because it seems to correlate with how active he has been! If it starts delaying bedtime ill cap it… evenings are sacred haha

Mine was straight through, unless poorly really.

Mine has started waking up 5.40am every morning. No difference if shorter nap, more food, later bedtime. Always 5.40am. 😬

19 months:
6.30/7am wake
12.30 nap (1.5 to 2 hrs - I'll wake them after 2hrs)
Bedtime routine starts at 6.30, in cot by 7pm. 9/10 times will go straight down and sleep through. Sometimes bedtime takes an hour or so, but its usually for a reason like teeth or illness.

We've always gone by wake windows by age and it's worked quite well. Also formula fed so off bottles by 12 months which maybe helped with the sleeping through?
