Child Maintenance

Myself and my ex partner have 4 children together. We both whilst on the phone filled out the child maintenance calculator online in order to determine the amount. He has them 2 nights every other week. Basically it came back saying £131 a week. But he was going to continue paying my car road tax so we both agreed to £125 to cover that. Now he is under the impression that he should give me less money towards the kids on the weeks he has them. When I am 100% sure that the child maintenance includes how often he has them and the amount is taken into consideration in the amount it said on the calculator. Am I right? Is he? Thanks

Yes, the calculator takes into account how many overnights. You should redo the calculator showing you have them 100% to show him that you would therefore get more on the weeks he doesn't have them!
