Face Paints for Sensitive Children?

My DS is 4 and DD is 1. They both are prone to reactions to some child-oriented things like we can't have any Johnson's baby bath stuff in the house. They're ok with Child's Farm or Hipp, the Tesco Fred and Flo seems ok too, but it took a bit of trial and error to get to this point and to get their rashes to clear up.

With Halloween coming up, DS wants to go as spiderman and has asked if I can draw a spiderman face on him. I'd like to try this out, but I don't want to set off his sensitivity. I'm allergic to Snazaroo, so there's a chance he is, too.

Are there any face paints that are better for children who have sensitive skin that reacts to some cosmetics? I'm asking just on the offchance that these exist!

I did take a look on Amazon and they mainly have really weird names that imply they are cheap rubbish made up brands from China.
