Watery frequent poop - normal when weaning?

Baby is 7 months old, been weaning for one month, EBF. Been doing BLW so finger foods/largely single veggies initially, she's doing really well so just moved onto two meals (breakfast then either lunch or tea time depends as I'll usually eat the food with her). Poops have been fine, do see some bits of food and more lumps, but the past few days she's had several (4-6) watery nappies which is usually out the nappy and over her clothes. Before she'd go once a day or once every few days. She's well I'm herself otherwise but does have nappy rash for the first time now too with all the pooping! I write down what solids she's had and can't link it to anything, the only new thing she had at the time was a small amount of kidney beans, but that was a few days ago now. Does this sound like a bug, or related to weaning?

Bug or teething?

Thank you, I was thinking bug, today she's just done the one so far which looked mostly ok, but then actually I've seen her bottom 2 teeth are through! So probably teething, I've tried to look in her mouth before but couldn't really see anything bless her!
