Can anybody offer some help here

DD is 9 weeks old. Never had good digestion. Isnt constipated but seems to be in pain and straining for a long time before passing anything. Poo is green and watery because of formula will explain further down post. She also has gurgly tummy and the loudest smelliest farts ever! GPs prescribed lactulose and then SMA Althera formula. And now today gaviscon as some reflux symptoms aswell.
Has anyone else experienced similar? Really hoping things calm down soon as also have 3 year old that cries everytime she does and she is literally crying all the time!
Thanks

Was the green watery poo before the formula or afterwards?

Before she changed formula and started on medications what was happening?

@Problesolving green watery poo since formula change and laxative. Have since stopped the laxative.
Before formula change she was having borderline constipated poo ever 2/3 days and screaming and straining for 12 hours before doing it. Since the meds and formula change. Shes defo not constipated anymore but the screaming and straining hasnt really improved. Also very gurgly tummy and alot of gas.
Thanks for replying

I think green ooo can be quite normal with a hydrolysed formula but I could be wrong. You might be better asking in the infant feeding section.

It does sound like it could be CMPA. I think your Dr is right.

@SiouxsieSiouxStiletto ye she has some symptoms of a few things but not all of them. Silent reflux, cmpa, lacto intolerance and colic. Althlugh DS had colic and this seems different. Shes had 8 tubs of althera formula now so surely it would be starting to help by now?
